Most offshore churn happens when a GMB post mentions the wrong city or uses UK spelling in a Texas listing. US trades owners notice in seconds. This checklist sits under the offshore delivery pillar: run it on every post before publish, no exceptions.
Locale and spelling
- US English spellings only (license, center, specialize).
- Temperature in Fahrenheit when relevant.
- Phone format (555) 123-4567 on graphics.
- Currency $ without converting from rupees or pesos in copy.
- No emoji flags that imply wrong country.
Geography sanity
City name must match the verified service area. Never tag a suburb the client does not serve. If the post mentions a neighborhood, confirm it on the client intake sheet. One wrong suburb erodes trust faster than a late post.
Trade-specific compliance
- HVAC: no guaranteed energy savings percentages without client approval.
- Pest control: no medical claims.
- Landscaping: seasonally accurate (no snow removal post in July for Florida).
- Plumbing: no DIY instructions that create liability.
Brand voice
Read three recent client emails before drafting. Match sentence length and formality. Owners in rural markets hate corporate jargon. Owners in affluent suburbs tolerate longer copy if it sounds local.
Photo rules
Use only client-supplied or licensed stock with documented rights. Never reuse another US shop photos from Google. Watermark team photos lightly if client requests.
Technical publish steps
- Draft in shared doc with post ID.
- Second reviewer checks checklist.
- Schedule in GBP or post live during US morning.
- Screenshot published post to client folder.
- Log URL in monthly report tab.
Escalation paths
If a client edits post copy in WhatsApp, update the master doc before next week. If they dispute a fact, pause scheduled posts until the US account lead confirms. Offshore teams should not argue with owners in comments.
Training scorecard
New hires publish five practice posts for a fake Austin HVAC account, graded by a senior. Pass threshold ninety percent on checklist. Retrain monthly on posts that clients rejected.
Prospect US clients for your agency
Agencies white-labeling offshore fulfillment still need their own US operator pipeline. Start from HVAC listings with high neglect.
Connect to the offshore pillar
The main offshore guide covers SDR training, reporting, and direct-to-owner sales. This page is the QA gate for fulfillment quality. Pair with the monthly client reporting guide so posts show up in owner PDFs.
